“very low resolution we tried you for 2 years every time it came out vey bad colors or resulution even when we sent you the file printed pdf file”

“I have used DigitalPrintingIreland on a number of occasions over the past few years and have been reasonably happy with their work. I do wish that a proof of the work could be emailed before printing as the lighting values can be off. On this most recent occasion I very happy with the output, whereas on the previous occasion I had to discard the product as it was too dark and I didn’t want to order a whole reprint (about 50 greeting cards using my own artwork). I’m happy with the pricing but I keep my fingers crossed when the order goes in.”

We are a direct to print service and ask for artwork to be provided print ready so we can maintain the turnaround time. However it is possible to request a PDF proof of your artwork to approve before we print but this will impact the production and delivery dates. We are available on live chat if you wish this. “Very happy. My order arrived not quite as ordered (matte instead of gloss) but I contacted the team and they resolved it asap, sending out a correct version a few days later. Easy to deal with. Good customer service. Will use again.”

“Print errors, fonts blotted and smudge, I adressed the issue. They send a new prints but same print errors even though I have addressed the issue. I received a third print as promise that they have corrected the issue, guess what? It's the same print issue no correction at all. I end up no marketing materials on the date that I needed. So I'm patiently waiting for them to correct it. A lot of waist.”
