“I ordered important documents for tenancy lease agreement and flyers for other professional services. My parcel arrived with promotional items such as gifts for all my orders with discount coupons - a nice touch! I am absolutely happy with the quality of my orders, and will order again. “I will always recommend this company moving forward for my printing needs in Ireland. I am currently in Miami, Florida, USA. I needed to print a hand drawn birthday card for my lady in Ireland, and wanted it to reach her in 3 days without going through international shipping. I did hours of research and fell on Digital Printing Ireland as the only company with a user friendly website that had reasonable options & pricing, and did not make me jump through hoops to place an order. They also did not make me compromise in quality, allowing me to upload large, print quality, CMYK PDF files. Digital Printing Ireland reached out and confirmed how I wanted my print to look, and were very timely and accommodating throughout the process. They even sent some extra copies, which my lady very much appreciated. Thanks for saving the day!”

“Service provided: Large Music Reference manual, printed and bound. In looking through many options for a color print of the reference material I wanted to process, the more cost effective options were with DigitalPrintingIreland. This was beating the cost of same from similar providers by about 50% in some cases. The cost, and the ease of use on the website for the uninitiated (myself) prompted me to chose the service and await the result. The website has some helpful defaults that can be adjusted for preference, a most useful feature that helped me in option analysis eg paper type, weight, binding options etc. With one issue presenting (my error, page count), I found customer service to be extremely helpful and attentive on the website chat. Once order fulfilled, postage was prompt, and I must state the result was far above expectations. Extremely satisfied with the cost, service and end product from DigitalPrintingIreland and would recommend without hesitation. Many thanks, Ken McCarthy”

“The website was really user friendly. The product i chose arrived in very good time i was more than pleased. The quality of the custom print itself again was exellent. The only thing we were not happy with was the "cut" of the finish product being off center. We ordered a roll of labels/stickers witch were round in shape. Now our labels came with 15 full images per page but when u remove a label/sticker it left part of our image on the page. So this obviously means when we use our label on something it is not the full image, part of the image is still on the main page. Iv uploaded a photo to show this. This is very noticable for our particular print as we use a yellow border before our image. this border looks completely off center when a label/sticker is used.. .................................................................... So im editing this review 22nd april 2020. I was made aware it was actually our mistake in not reading the guidlines correctly. Customer service offered and still offers us a reprint. Considering that was my only fault and it ended up being are own fault, with the offer from D.P.I to reprint you cant argue. Top service and again top quality product. Thank you DPI.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for leaving us the review and I appreciate you talking to me on the phone today. As mentioned there was no bleed on your artwork, rather than let you have white lines around your stickers we print over the edge of the sticker to avoid this. We do ask for 3mm bleed as paper does move slightly on the press and the bleed is there to accommodate this. As mentioned I am more than happy to get these reprinted for you, if you want to get bleed added to it and send it over to me when you need them and I will get that sorted. Please do let me know, we work hard to give the best possible customer service we can and hate to see customers not 100% happy with their orders. “Good : Very fast delivery Perfect colour print Hight quality print Not good: 130gsm paper is very thin - not Happy with the paper choice Digital Printing Ireland never email me back with the paper question. I would like make another order with correct paper weight but I didn't get any help from company to get advice in this subject.”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the paper weight that you chose. I can see you chose one of our lightest paper stocks which would be a thinner stock. I have to apologise but there is no record of you contacting us to ask about paper choice advice. The last email received from yourself to us was 5th Jun 2019. We also have our live chat support and phone lines to answer any questions you may have.
