“Order delivered was incorrect - not laminated as per order request. Reprint was then delayed. Finally received correct order 4 days late.”

Hi Sarah I am sorry that there was an error in your order. We did investigate this and resolved the issue immediately as we do always wish customers to have orders as expected. The reprint was checked with additional quality control to ensure this. As it had issues rather than send it out sub standard we reprinted again and informed of the day delay in order to provide the standard expected. I am sorry that this was not to your expectation but we do wish to always ensure an order is correct especially if it has had a previous issue. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Could not recommend DigitalPrintingIreland enough! We needed some brochures for an event in a very short space of time, and they turned them around in a day. The brochures themselves were of excellent quality, everyone was so impressed with them. I'll definitely be using them again :)”

“Excellent quality of the A3 posters I ordered, and timely delivery. Sadly, the small amounts of posters I need for a weekly event (I have ordered 10), with delivery from Dublin is unaffordable with my current budget. But everything about the service is as advertised, professional, and all-around excellent, would highly recommend to anyone ordering a big number of posters for an event.”

“I had an issue and it could not be resolved by online CHAT option (UK customer service agent). Frustrated, I called the Irish office ( Beflast) and spoke to Chris and told him my issue. He explained my error ( image upload on a rebeat order over 6 months, incorrect quality, I assumed they held the original on file). He not only sorced my original art work, he reprinted my origional stickers & sent straight away free of charge.!! He also forwarded a copy of my artwork for future use. Now that's what I call customer service 👏👏Thank you Chris for taking the time. I am a one person operation, but Chris assured me no matter what the size of my business or my order history, all customers are important. Now this is a company I want to do business with ! Thank you Chris”
