“Website easy to use, ordered on a Friday and assumed next day delivery would be the next working day, however, delivery arrived on Saturday (fortunately neighbouring premises had employees in and they took our parcels). The setup was easy, the software is ok (but is taking a while to find all the nuances for use).”

“digital id is great store that has all the consumables you need to print ID cards and supports a variety of printers and software. they also email the VAT invoice upon dispatch so no time wasted chasing it. i would say that the only negative is that they charge a high fee for shipping, which isn't a problem in a larger business but would count for those with small budgets.”

“The cards print quickly and the printing is high-quality. The tutorials and handbook could be improved - I could not find answers to my questions of how to do certain tasks on the software - which don't necessarily feel intuitive”

“We have used Digital ID for over ten years to produce our Sports Club card and they have been excellent, always ready to help when we had a problem. The only reason that hey are not a 5 is that we are looking to upgrade our system Ann’s they weren’t that helpful. This may mean we have to go elsewhere”
