Good morning Peter, I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your order. I have looked into this and I’m afraid I have been unable to find any correspondence regarding a change of address. Apologies on behalf of UPS if you have contacted them and your request wasn’t fulfilled. I can see that your order arrived back with us on the 7th of March. “Once the printer was set up I am finding it very easy to use. ID cards print really quickly and are clear. The machine sits nicely on the edge of desk.”
