“I've been dealing with Digital ID for several years, and am very pleased with them as a business partner. Their products are very good, enabling us to issue secure ID cards to our members which stand the test of time (and washing machines!). There have been occasional issues, but both our account managers and their staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure a successful and equitable solution without causing stressful delays or unnecessary extra expense. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a value-for-money product backed up by great customer service and support.”

“We have used Digital ID for over ten years to produce our Sports Club card and they have been excellent, always ready to help when we had a problem. The only reason that hey are not a 5 is that we are looking to upgrade our system Ann’s they weren’t that helpful. This may mean we have to go elsewhere”

“I had a great experience with Digital ID, orders always arrive in good time and the quality is good. I had to return an item as I ordered printer ribbon for the wrong type of printer we own and was looked after by customer service - they were helpful, quick to respond and sorted me out!”
