“I have now used Digital Converters twice in the last 12 months. The first was for slides, the second and latest time was for camcorder video tapes. The service (extremely fast turnaround) and communication (step by step) received both times were first class. The quality of both digital conversions was great and I consider each time to have been good value for money (though on both occasions I had a discount code of at least 20%). I was very impressed with the honesty of their process too: one of the videotapes I submitted turned out to be blank. They informed me immediately and automatically refunded the cost of this tape. I can make no comparison with other digital conversion companies but I have no hesitation in personally recommending Digital Converters based on the experiences I have received to date.”

“Great service.. was kept up to date with the progress of my order. I had no idea what was on the video recordings that I sent in.. turned out they were from the 1960's which were originally on cine film then transferred to VHS cassette's many years ago and these cassettes were found in my late grandparents house but I had no idea what was on the tapes. Fantastic surprise to find very old footage of relatives who have long passed. And the quality was excellent, considering this footage is 60 years old and transferred from cine film to VHS cassette and then transferred again to USB by Digital Converters. Would highly recommend”

“I found the service at Digital Converters excellent. I had a query before sending in my order. I got a very quick phone call back from Mark who was extremely reassuring & helpful. The company keep you informed of every step ie. an email saying we have received your tapes & another to say tapes are being processed & then one to say my order is on the way back. All of this is carried out very quickly. We opted to have cloud storage as well as a memory stick. The link to the cloud is flawless & can even be shared. We are delighted with the quality of the conversions & were pleased to see the annoying onscreen date & time stamp present throughout the original recordings, were reduced to momentary appearances at the beginning of the playback & the battery symbol was entirely removed. I'm organising the rest of my tapes to send in for conversion, taking advantage of the discount voucher included with the memory stick & returned tapes.”

“We used Digital Converters a few years ago to convert a number of old videos and we were very pleased with the service. During another declutter we found more stuff including mini dvd discs and treasured photos without negatives so sent our items to them again. The process is simple to follow and if you have any queries they will happily answer them over the phone. You are kept informed along the way and you are refunded if you send in any blank tapes/discs. I’m hoping we don’t find anymore things to convert but if we do this is where we’ll be sending them!”

“From the outset, the service provided by Digital Converters has been first-class. The early advice and the clarity of what was available meant it was clear what I would be getting. The actual conversion from vhs to CD was quick and faultless providing , In my instance, 2 sets of 5 cds thereby providing easy access to events some 10 years previous. The easy communication by email meant there were no unanswered questions. Could not be bettered.”
