“I have now used Digital Converters on three occasions, to convert a total of 20 old family videos. On each occasion they have been able to recover the valuable content with total success! They have also treated the original videos with real care, returning them to me after the conversion. I can highly recommend this company :)”

“Quick and excellent conversion. Refunded for tapes that were blank (they should mention this in documentation as knowing I had some blank, but not knowing which, almost put me off!). Definitely recommended.”

“I’ve decided to go ahead with digital converters based on reviews and I cannot say just how pleased I am with the service. I had tapes from the late 60s which none of us seen before and the quality of it is fantastic. From sending it off to receiving it back no longer than one week. Amazing service and highly recommended x”

“They are the best! Simple, easy, straightforward! Took me forever to decide to do it as I thought it would be complicated, researched before choosing them and made a perfect choice! “I am delighted with the digital version of a 1970s cine film. It is the only record we had of a one-off dance event. The participants, 50 years older, will be thrilled to see it. All of Digital Converters have been so pleasant to deal with and I felt our precious film was in safe hands. The memory sticks arrived safely, within days, very well packed, very reasonably priced. Just great!”

“I found an old film which I thought would be nice to view so had it converted onto a DVD. It was amazing to go back all those years. From first contact to receiving the film and DVD back, it took under 2 weeks. Great service and quality. Thank you.”

“Very easy to submit order onlinw - the only problem sending the items was the overlarge size of the printed out posting label for small package! (but quite likely user error) - it was good to get confirmation of receipt. Conversion was fairly quick, and it was very good to get a memory stick and direct downloads for easy sharing options. I didn't find the 'quality' information with the return very helpful, but the actual results are good, considering the age and quality of the originals. Doing it from instructions on the website only, I found the experience less personal than with a previous company for other family memorabilia, but very efficient, and I would definitely recommend them.”
