“These guys and girls did an amazing job and I put them under pressure as I really want the dvd to cd in time to download on my iPod for my holiday. And they delivered in time and it sounds amazing to relax to but I’ll be able to watch at home as well. Sounds really amazing Thank you so much for a great job SImon”

“A fantastic service. Just over a week for our 4 videos to be converted to memory sticks. Spent 4 hours this evening laughing,crying and reminiscing about things we thought might be lost forever. The highlight being able to see and hear my beautiful sister in law who we sadly lost to cancer 7 years ago. Memories we can now pass to her children and her grandchildren who never got to meet her. Thank-you for giving us back those memories. Won't be long before my next batch of tales will be winging their way to you.”

“100% - you couldn’t have done anything better. You sent a reassuring email to confirm receipt of our old camcorder tapes (which is always a worry if you’re sending the only existing copy of precious memories in the post) and timely emails to let us know you were processing and roughly when we could expect to hear back. Communication is key and yours is excellent. The tapes and memory stick were sent back quite quickly (5-10 working days) and everything worked absolutely fine when I plugged it in to my PC. 10/10, a great example of how to run an outstanding business.”

“Website is very easy to navigate, simple order processing, and communication was sent which kept me up to date with every step of the process.
