“Would have been 5 stars but for the pick up errors. Had a text on the booked pick up day stating time but no collection, next 3 days same message but no pick up till day three and then lo and behold Royal Mail arrive as well. The rest of the work carried was excellent.”

“Thank you for your prompt service. I am 84 yo and I’m trying to use Pinnacle Studio 24 to make these videos into something that my wife can look back on when I’m dead. Yes, they’ve been sitting in my drawer for years. Any way I have at least 5 more cassettes for you to convert from analogue to digital.......I’ve not been very successful with conversion devices, lots of frames dropped etc. Thank you......John Richings”

“Pleased with the DVD and the company was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the item was very delayed due to reduced postal service during the pandemic and I missed the recipient’s birthday as a result. Not a fault of the company however. Allow plenty of time if needed by a certain date.”

“You copied my David Shepard Betamax tape on to DVD and , as requested sent me 2 copies. One of them was excellent, but the other one was much poorer quality, fuzzy and at times, jerky. Needless to say, I sent the better one to my friend. (My Sony Betamax VCR packed up a couple of years ago and spare parts did not seem to be available--The better DVD was almost as good as I remember it being played on my Betamax) Thanks, Barry Howard.”

“The transfer from cassette to memory stick was very satisfactory. My only criticism is that the the quality was slightly blurred, but this may be due to the video cassette reproduction not being of good quality. All in all a very good service.”

“Recently sent in a vhs tape which was over 30 years old to be converted to a memory stick. Although the job was not done in time to give as a Christmas present I was delighted with the result. Ordering process was straight forward enough. Thanks for renewing my memories.”

“A bit more expensive than what I was hoping but it will be worth it to see my mums face on Christmas Day. Turnaround time was within what I expecting, and actually quicker considering the time of year. Nice touch that music was added. Overall very happy”

“The experience was very positive,the cine film was returned to me in good order and the digital copy was as good as I could have expected.I had a problem with the supplied dvd but this was quickly rectified.”
