“What a fantastic service. I had a VHS video converted of my Wedding day from 29 years ago. The process was extremely slick, where I was kept up-to-date with progress from confirming initial receipt to sending the USB stick / Cloud access and original VHS back. I genuinely don't know what else Digital Converters could do to improve their service. It was outstanding. It is a surprise for my wife in readiness for our 30th Anniversary. Thanks”

“Cannot recommned this company enough! I sent them my DVD's on the Friday of August Bank Holiday, they received them on the following Tuesday and everything was completed the day after; they sent me the cloud link straight away and I got my pen drive and discs two days later. Outstanding service and on hand over the phone to help you with any queries, I will be using this company again and recommending them to all my family and friends. It's great to see some companies out there actually doing a fantastic job :)”

“What a wonderful company and what a great job they do! I found some old videos, two of which held precious memories. However, I don't know anyone with a video recorder and didn't know what to do until my son sent me a link to Digital Converters. I sent the first one off in the post. I received an email saying it had arrived. It was converted to a Memory Stick really quickly and was soon on its way back to me. I had tears in my eyes when I watched what was on the memory stick. What an amazing job Digital Converters had done. I cannot thank them enough and I would highly recommend this company.”

“I wanted to convert a VHS tape (which had already been converted from a cinetape over 30 years ago) onto USB so I can give my siblings a copy as they had lost their copy of the VHS tape. After research and reading reviews I decided to go with Digital Converters. I am a total technophobe but found the whole process extremely simple. The website was laid out with simple steps to follow and I completed the process in mere minutes. Almost immediately I received a confirmation email. The communication remained throughout the whole process, keeping me updated, which I appreciated. I have just viewed the USB stick and so happy with the results. I had ordered 6 USB's (3 for photos and 3 for video) and phoned them as only received 3 with videos and photos on the same stick. The man I spoke to was understanding and happy to send my 3 more USB's so all good. I would totally recommend this company. I will use them again once I have sorted out the photos of my children so I can give each one a USB stick.”
