“Used this company last Christmas and had no hesitation in using them again recently. They have very clear instructions on their website about packing and sending the items you want to be converted and they send you an email to tell you they have arrived which is reassuring. The service is really quick and they are returned to you in secure packaging and on each occasion before I expected them. My niece was overcome with emotion on watching an old video which had been transferred to a memory stick of her father who died more than 20 years ago at quite a young age and we had no idea he was on the tape. Precious memories which can now be kept forever.”

“Fantastic service by Digital Convertors. I needed the conversion done by a specific day and Aaron kept in touch with me throughout the process and even provided me a link to a copy of it on the cloud, whilst I was waiting for my USB stick to arrive. They converted a birthday video that was taken in 1984 perfectly. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank them for the incredible service they provide.”

“Considering the number of video tapes I had to convert they still delivered with the 3 weeks they estimated it would take. Also able to track progress throughout. The results of seeing family videos from over 20 years ago was brilliant and a cine film from 60 years ago was amazing.”

“I am often asked to write a review when I buy something online. Normally it's OK, but on this occasion, I can hand on heart say I could not have had better service. It was better than Very Good. The quality of the final converted copy of a 30-year-old tape was perfect and the turn-round time could not have been better. I will recommend "Digital Converters" to friends and family.”
