“Extremely friendly staff on the phone. Very reassuring with any doubts I had re conversion quality, speed of turnaround and format of conversion (USB vs online link). The reels were converted well ahead of their stated timeline, and I'm happy that the team took on board my request for urgent handling of the matter given a 90th birthday was around the corner and I needed the conversions done by then. Many thanks and very happy to recommend to friends and family. PS: Also very good value compared to many others online.”
