“Digital Converters have been very easy to deal with-you just send everything to them (labelled) and then they come back with a price. There is no charge for postage. I haven't had the pleasure of looking at old videos etc as I'm waiting for a family gathering. Can't wait! Would definitely use them again.”

“Excellent transfer from VHS to digital format and a speedy service. But it was not easy to state exactly how I wanted the digi copies stored on the online forms. I sent three tapes and I had wanted each tape transferred singly to a separate pen drive. ie each pen drive should have had one video on it. Instead the three videos were copied together onto each of the pen drives which meant I could not 'gift' them in the way I had intended.”

“Very friendly people and great service! I had an old VHS which I had converted to DVD … I was very pleased with the presentation and quality of the DVD … and hence had multiple copies made for family members … these can be ordered after the initial DVD is produced at £4 each … I can highly recommend Digital Converters (based in Ripon) … thank you very much!”

“I recently had 3 90 minute cassettes from over 30 years ago when I used to Dj in a nightclub converted to CD and memory stick. The service was perfect with ongoing updates and they arrived on time and the sound quality was better than I expected so all round a really good experience. Thank you.”

“Having a clear out and finding video cassettes, I searched and found Digital Converters. They were fantastic. Very easy, sent me a postal barcode, wrapped in a box, and they correspond throughout, received, ready, returned… within a week. I opted for putting in the cloud (allowing me to share with family/friends and also on a memory stick! The excitement of showing my memories with my grown up kids, and friends is priceless!”
