“Really pleased to have selected Digital Converters to transfer treasured memories caught on Video8 tapes from the 1990’s. The whole process was straightforward, with clear, accurate instructions on their website and realtime updates. The process was much faster than expected, with the cloud link being sent through a week after sending the tapes. All in all a very good service and would wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“Very pleased with the prompt service and excellent quality of the digital conversion . I had old video tapes of holidays and family celebrations and was not sure how they would turn out but was delighted with the results . It was so wonderful to revisit happy times and be able to see and hear family members again who are no longer with us. Will definitely use the service again and have recommended to others”

“I am absolutely delighted with the service of Digital Converters. They digitalised 23 of my late fathers cine films and being able to watch these films from my childhood in the 1950s has meant the world to me and my family. How wonderful that the next generation have been able to see moving pictures of their great grandparents. Despite the fact that the cine films had been stored in the shed for many years, the quality is excellent. Next, I asked them to covert transparency strip films of when I was a four year old bridesmaid at my aunts wedding- again excellent imaging bringing back long lost happy memories. I am very grateful and well worth the investment. Having them in downloadable format has meant I can easily share them with my family.”

“Used this company twice now, once for 8mm video films and again for 35mm slides. Both conversions were satisfactory and the slides were exceptional, given that they were almost 50 years old. The films were also old and in poor condition, but they did manage to rescue 3 of the 6 sent and fully refunded the money for those that they could not recover. That's a first in my experience. In both cases, the return delivery was protracted. The films took almost 4 weeks and missed Christmas. The slides missed the promised Mothers Day slot but only by one day. They do try and it is unfair to mark them down for possible postal delays. All in all this company is very honest and highly recommended.”

“Good technical conversion but regrettably they could not do anything about the awful camera work (about 50 years too late for that). A nice touch was the added music, which was not inappropriate. The order process was simple and I was kept advised as to how things were progressing. Files on the memory stick were easy to access. Overall a very a successful process.”
