“I found my wedding video, and my daughter was interested to see a grandfather she never met so I looked for a conversion service. Digital Converters was reasonably priced and very easy to deal with: I ordered on-line, they sent very clear instructions and I received my USB stick in less than 2 weeks.”

“Digital Converters provide an excellent service. They notified me as soon as my tapes arrived and again when they had completed the conversion and were ready to send them back. Also you can track the location of the tapes when they are returned so I knew exactly when to expect the delivery. The DVDs were all clearly labelled.”

“I've had my Camcorder tapes sat in the loft for years unable to view because I wasn't able to convert to modern technology... So annoying! But after seeing Digital Converters advertised on Facebook I took a chance at sending off ten Cam tapes to be converted to'cloud' format. And within three weeks I had them converted and able to watch for the first time in nearly twenty years... And I'm delighted with results. I can view long forgotten memories online or using my Smart telly and I'm delighted. My original tapes were returned quickly and I can highly recommend Digital Converters. I'll be using them again to convert the rest of my old Camcorder tapes.”

“The cine film conversions are very good. I got both a DVD and a memory stick. While the website is very simple and easy to understand, it misses some key information - the formats that are provided and how the reels will be labelled and ordered. It would be good if this information could be added to a FAQ on the website while not overcomplicating the main text. The only slight issue is that the DVD reels are out of order. I labelled each reel, with a prefix 01, 02 etc. The labels were used, but the order wasn’t followed. I have changed the names on the memory stick so they are ordered correctly, but I can’t change them on the DVD.”
