“I researched a few before going with them and I'm pleased with the choice I made. They made the whole process very easy to complete. I received a message confirming receipt and another saying the check on the media was okay too. This is very reassuring. The icing on the cake was another message to say it was on its way back. The resulting DVD is great with even a complimentary background music track (early videos had no sound). I would certainly use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“I sent in 24 mini DV tapes to be converted to files I could edit. The tapes were converted and returned to me in a timely fashion. Their quality is excellent and I was communicated with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Digital Converters as a company and will be using them again for the remainder of my tapes.”

“I would recommend digital converters to anyone. We have had tapes transferred to DVD dating back to 1984 and forward to 2020. We sent the tapes in smallish batches for nearly a year and we have never had any anxiety or reason for concern. The quality of the DVD's is excellent and recently our grandchildren were transfixed for a couple of hours watching memories of Christmas, birthdays and outings from when they were very little. It is wonderful to see our own children as small children when now they are in their forties and brings back the memories as if it were yesterday. Communication with Digital Convertors is easy and effective and I would recommend them to anyone who has memories stored on redundant equipment to contact them or seek out their website.”
