“I have been very impressed with Digital Converters from start to finish. They have kept me informed every step of the way, reimbursed me for tapes that had nothing on them and the quality of the conversions they have done have been excellent and very well presented. I was nervous about sending my family memories off to an unknown company (to me) but am so glad I did. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“I could not fault the service. I live close enough to drop my tapes off and pick up the tapes again - it only took them a few days. I had 3 USB sticks prepared and used their ‘cloud’ option too. Picture and sound quality is really good and it all looks fantastic on my smart tv. They had labelled all the original tapes as instructed and it’s easy to navigate through everything with the tv remote. I took in 27 x 1hour mini digital tapes and was very happy with the discounted price for multiple tapes ( as compared to other companies). Their ‘cloud ‘ option is under development and I am waiting to see if they can develop a security system which would enable me to be the only one release the videos from the cloud eg have an administrator setting. I am very happy to let selected people have access to my home movies but I don’t want them to be forwarded on via the cloud to others. Also I had not realised that you only get access to the cloud copies for 1 year and need to pay an annual subscription thereafter- I am still glad I have this option though.”

“So pleased with the service from digital converters from start to finish! Instructions were really clear and the vhs tapes arrived safely. I was notified as soon as they arrived and my 3 tapes were converted and despatched within a matter of days! Their communication is great and any questions I had were answered immediately! Would definitely recommend this company, they really show that they care about the service they deliver and it’s not just a job!”

“I had a few family videos that are very important to me. A friend tried to convert them but it didn't work well so I thought I sent them to Digital Converters to see if they could do a better job. The result was perfect copies of the original VHS tapes. I couldn't be happier with their work.”

“My box of old camcorder video cassettes had been gathering dust in the loft for years, but had I left it too late to salvage anything? Memories of my youth, kids growing up, sunny holidays... now lost forever maybe, recorded as they are on bygone technology and probably deteriorated and unreadable. My grandchildren will never see that I was once young, lithe, and fun. But soft... I stumbled upon the website for Digital Converters... and went inside. This site is so well designed, so simple and intuitive... I followed the instructions easily and in no time at all, it was done. Some of my videos taken half a lifetime ago, were dispatched, and in just a few days, returned accompanied by digitised copies in MP4 format. The results are brilliant. I am delighted, my children are delighted, even my grandchildren are delighted, and now realise that I too was once young, just like them. And all this at a very reasonable cost and with an excellent level of service too. The design of this website and customer service and satisfaction, is the way forward.
