“While clearing my mum's house out after she sadly passed away, I came across some old video 8 tapes. The camcorder we filmed them on was long gone, but I wanted to see what was on them. I was so pleased to find that digital converters were able to transfer them to cloud storage in absolutely fantastic quality. The service was fast and communication throughout the process was excellent. I'm so happy that our childhood memories are now safely preserved. Watching them brought joy to the whole family to see those images of a happy time, allowing us to remember our mum in such a unique way.”

“Phenomenal service. All the old family tapes converted and put on a secure cloud server which can be accessed by members of my family. Great quality- might as well be magic as far as I’m concerned! Plus they didn’t charge me for tapes sent which were too damaged to convert- now that’s a level of integrity you just don’t get anymore!”

“Online instructions for sending 8mm tapes very easy to follow. Got my tapes and usb back in 9 days. Very pleased with the quality of my recordings. Sent 14 tapes. One tape was found to be blank. Received a refund for this blank tape the day after getting my tapes back. Excellent service. Have now ordered another usb at a great price as a second backup.”

“My memories tape was tracked from the minute I sent it, with regular updates as to the stage in the converting process, and the results were fabulous! My tape was also returned with the usb safely. “Very easy to order, great communication of both receipt of your treasured films but also there despatch and report on any quality issues. I was pleasantly pleased with the musical audio put on my silent films, not intrusive and tasteful. It was also simple to order more copies and I was pleased they kept this option open. I did feel like I needed to step further away as I was watching as not everyone was in shot, but that was more likely down to my Dad’s filming ability - he was known for cutting off people’s heads on film! Well done digital converters!”

“Clearing my mothers house I found a 30+ year old camcorder tape with an intriguing note attached. I found Digital Converters online and sent the tape, not knowing how decayed it may be. A few days later the memory stick was recieved together with the original tape. Brilliant! My parents had documented the first year or so of our son. A really efficient, straight forward, good value service.”

“Outstanding service, efficient and professional and easy to make contact on the phone and with answering questions! Reassuring. Tapes were not brilliant quality and think they did their best to produce something as good as possible! Absolutely worth the investment and reasonable cost for all the film to be safe. Highly recommend”
