“Had 6 video 8 tapes converted to digital and loaded on to a USB memory card. Package picked up by courier within the time range specified and received a package back from DC (via Royal Mail) just under two weeks later. The on line tracker told me where the conversion was in the process. Overall a good efficient service. Now able to see video we’ve not been able to watch for many years. Very pleased with the results.”
