The instructions for ordering and then sending off my video tape were very clear, and I was kept informed throughout the process of how my order was progressing. “Had some old slides that I wanted to get some photos organised for Christmas I had started by checking companies out online & the first company I tried made the whole process very complicated, so gave up, then found Digital Converters it was quick & easy & turned process round very quickly, I got my USB stick took to boots photo station & was able to print off pics all ready for Christmas. :-)”

“I had a load of questions which were answered promptly and clearly by Mark and Sean, both excellent. Communication was first rate about what was happening at each stage. No idea about the quality of the DVDs as they're a gift that hasn't been opened yet, but fingers crossed.”
