“I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Digital Converters - I had 32 treasures video tapes of my family over 15 years on High8 format and was very anxious about sending them anywhere for fear of losing those memories, but DC kept me informed on the progress of my package and the conversion of each individual tape finally tracking the return of all media and the memory stick to me - we are over the moon at seeing and hearing family members some of whom are no longer with us - a great outcome!”

“Thank you so much! I received my package and digital downloads and I am delighted with them. I have not used the memory stick yet, but have logged on and viewed some of the material from the cloud. “A guide to a business is not how they do their job it’s how they deal with problems. I sent off my wedding DVD and they missed off one of thw files. Within 24hrs of me telling them there was a free post code on the way and it wa sent back. I now have all my wedding videos on USB. Great customer service.”

“Digital Converters produced copies of my mini DV tapes and delivered them back to me in very good time. The system was secure and very easy to follow. I now have copies of my tapes which contain many happy memories of my children and family. A great service that I would happily use again.”

“What a fantastic service. Quick, efficient and a brilliant end result. What I also liked is the high standard of communication between this company and its clients. I knew where my precious video was at every stage throughout the process of transferring the footage onto a memory stick. The clarity is wonderful considering the video was back from 1989.”

“The process to send the tapes was easy to follow and the turnaround was amazingly quick with excellent communication at every stage. The quality of the transferred video onto the USB memory sticks was excellent, and very good value for money, in my opinion, as the memories are priceless. I have since found more tapes to convert, and will definitely be sending them to Digital Converters. A brilliant service all round!”

“Extremely professional business, which from start to finish could not have been more helpful. My cine films from the late 70’s/early 80’s, mainly of our 2 Son’s, were not the best but Digital have produced a great finished article on both DVD & USB. I also had a 5 inch tape recorder reel which had been hidden away for nearly 50 years, which they copied onto CD for me. So emotional to hear voices of relatives having a good time at a family New Year back in 1978, amazing. Don’t hesitate to use their brilliant services.”

“I cannot put in words the joy of seeing my parents on their Wedding Day in 1969. I found an old tape recently and Digital Converters were able to convert it for me. “Excellent service! I found an old uni project from 2004 that I had recorded to VHS. Found digital converters online. Their instructions were very straighforward, the whole process was clear and they constantly updated you. I am very happy to now have the file of my uni project! It was a little time capsule. Highly recommend digital converters, very good service!”
