“I had a problem with converting one of my old VHS-C tapes. The converter I was using would not produce anything so I sent it off to DC and received my DVD back within 8 days. Considering the tape was over 25 years old, I was impressed with the quality of the video that I got back. I am considering sending them the tapes I have already converted and see if they can improve on the quality I got when I did it myself.”

“Thank you very much for your 1st class service. I am so pleased that you put this French film on DVD because it was impossible for me find this film with English subtitle in UK and USA. I only managed to find VSH tape with Japanese substitute.”

“Lovely to be able to watch these again after so many years. I would have given 5 stars but the '93 tape came after the '94 tape so I am having to tell all my children to skip to the second one and then go back to the first. Otherwise, very pleased”

“Very pleased with the cassette to CD conversion. Technical quality is excellent, even with the pre-war 78rpm discs recorded onto the cassette. I liked the way the general hub-bub had been separated into tracks by inserting silent pauses at the right moments. You were kind enough to agree to combine some tracks from both CDs, and produce one CD containing the best bits. After one false start (the wrong tracks), that has now been corrected, so I am very pleased. Thankyou for your service”
