“I was over the moon with the three camcorder tapes which DC converted to a memory stick. We hadn’t been able to watch them for 13 years since our camcorder was stolen. Precious memories of my children when they were young and my late mum. Highly recommend!!”

“Very happy with the service , however I wasn't expecting the tapes back, have no way of re-cycling them and thought it would be a part of the process . It would be great if it was, considering the state we have left our planet in and, I would happily pay extra for that service.”

“I have been waiting all week for someone to collect the order I put in. And today I have put it in the post and hopefully put enough stamps to cover postage. As I am in lockdown it is very difficult to get to a post office, and I have had to order postage stamps on line. The last order I did was very good, but this one I am still waiting for it to get to you and then get back to me. At the request of Digital Converters I am changing my review to good, as the problem has now been solved. Thank you.”

“Quick service, would use again. One downside, original materials returned by regular post which was not secure. Package left on doorstep, could have been stolen or rain damaged. Return by guaranteed delivery or courier service would be preferrable.”
