“I wasn't sure about sending precious photos away to be digitised but the experience with Digital Converters was fantastic. It was very easy to place the order and the communication from then was so good and very reassuring. Before I knew it I had my digital file and my photographs returned. I will definitely use Digital Converters again and have been suggesting it to other family members.”

“I have used digital converters to get all my cine and video tapes digitised (over 50 tapes). The process is clear and easy to follow and the quality is good. communication of the stage your order is at from letting you know your tapes have arrived safely to getting your completed order is first rate. Would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.”

“For whatever reason, I randomly choose Digital Converters to convert a tape of my father singing into a digital format. The service offered was truly brilliant - from the descriptors of the process.. to the final digital format, they kept me informed of the process all the way. Hearing my dad’s voice singing so beautifully, a decade after he died, was very emotional. Can’t recommend Digital Converters strongly enough. Great service. Great product.”

“Converted an old cine film for me and I could not be happier. The picture is superb and my mother considers it a wonderful present. The start of the video has always been too dark to see on her projector but it's visible in the conversion, meaning that we could see my 11-month-old brother and me on Christmas day in 1981 for the first time in the conversion. The picture quality of the conversion is amazing and hard to believe this wonderful video was on the old cine film Mum stored away for the last 40 years. Our thanks for doing this for us so well.”

“Fantastic service. I have plenty more cassettes to convert and will definitely be a returning customer. The only thing that I would have liked is track increments, so I can skip through each individual song on the transfer!”

“3 can corder tapes sent- one was returned as blank - a refund was issued immediately. I informed digital converters on receiving the original tapes, when I discovered tape was not blank and they apologised and organised free return to correct the mistake. Excellent customer service and aftercare.”
