“Fabulous, sent in three old VHS tapes, one of which sounded broken inside, so I was delighted to receive three DVDs back , all working. Amazing to see our wedding day once again and two of my husbands surfing trips, a real ‘live’ trip down memory lane. Had these done for my husband’s Christmas, he was delighted and quite overwhelmed. Fantastic quality and service.”

“I was very nervous to trust my precious VHS tapes to anyone but after reading all the great reviews, I choose Digital Converters. Super easy and very professional from start to finish. Great communication and the result was perfect. Such a dream to see my son as a toddler again. Was a great present for my mom. Five stars!!”

“One of the two CDs didn't work. I reported instantly once the fault was discovered. I got a quick reply, but action. I am promised a replacement CD . Still waiting. Current not satisfactory service.”

“The communication from Digital Converters is good from the start letting you know the status of your order. I did not have to wait too long to receive the USB and I was very pleased to see the results. The quality of the recording is as good as the age of the tape. I am happy to be able to see at last some old memories. Thank you!”

“Highly recommended! I'm very pleased with the results of the 19 tapes I sent to be digitised. Firstly, I was impressed with how quickly my queries via e-mail were answered in a personal manner before I sent off the originals. Secondly, I was extremely surprised by how quickly I received the digitised versions back, taking into account it was December. Thirdly, I was kept informed at the relevant times of what was happening, i.e. received my package; finished the job; returning the originals, etc. Thank you so much for an excellent job!”

“Very happy with the service; I was quite nervous about sending my tapes and generally about the whole process and was thinking I shouldn't have sent them off but they exceeded my expectations as everything went smoothly; they answered my queries and I was always kept in the loop which I needed given that I was a nervous customer. Would recommend them to others and would use them again myself.”
