“We had three video tapes of memories, dating back over 20 years and I was reluctant to send them off, as we had no other copies. However, I decided to entrust them to Digital Converters, after reading the process guide and positive reviews. After sending them off by special delivery, I was notified that they had arrived (phew) and was kept informed of the whole process. After approximately one week, I was sent the cloud link and the original tapes arrived back a few days later. I was overwhelmed to see my children again as babies and loved ones we have lost over the years. It's an absolutely priceless service and I am so happy that I finally sent the tapes off. I would thoroughly recommend the company and the service. Thank you so much.”

“Excellent service. Have used before and their customer service is extremely good. Can certainly trust with any media you would like converted and will be done to a high standard. Kept up to date from them receiving your media to the time they deliver back to you. Would definitely recommend.”

“We wanted to have the videos of the children growing up put on to new technology but were always dubious about sending them off somewhere, them getting lost and being gone forever. I read the current reviews and took the plunge. DC offer a courier collection service so you know they can be tracked. The videos and the USB sticks were returned in less than a week and have not lost any quality in the conversion process which is good because the videos are over 27 years old so were not amazing to start with. We now have the ability to watch the memories whenever we want. Thank you Digital Converters.”

“Excellent customer service prompt replies to e mail queries , regular e mail updates received on progress 16 camcorder tapes transferred digitally and returned within the week timeframe as promised, I have sent in a further 9 tapes as a result would recommend thank you”
