“I had 2 VHS tapes converted onto a USB. The process of sending them and the return was simple and I liked that I could track the progress online. The tapes were of me in the late stages of pregnancy and shortly after. It was so emotional watching them again after about 30 years especially as my dear mum whom we lost to dementia and covid last year is on the footage. Just hearing her voice and seeing her was better than winning the lottery a million times over. I can not thank you enough.”
