“First class service right from the start. Excellent value for money. The videos I wanted copying onto a USB were very special to me as they had so many members of my family on who are no longer with us so I was concerned about sending them in the post so I used the collection service. The courier collecting them turned up exactly when they said he would and I had feedback to let me know where my parcel was and when it had arrived. The email communication was excellent all the time. Everything was posted back to me and arrived when it should have. The quality of the videos is far better than I was expecting as the original tapes were 26 years old. I cannot recommend Digital Converters highly enough. I have just ordered another copy on a USB so I can pass it around my family members. Thank you to everyone at Digital Converters for everything.”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from Digital Converters. The communication was great and I was kept informed of the progress all along the way. The price to convert my video was excellent and the media, along with my original tape was returned in good time and in a well padded box. “I'm so happy to be able to watch my old videos after so many years! I phoned up Digital Converters to have a chat initially because the tapes were so sentimental to me and I wanted to ask a million questions. They were super helpful, the process was so simple and really affordable in comparison to other places I looked into. Emails were responded to in record time! And my videos were converted and sent to me in just over two weeks! I was so impressed with the service.”

“Submitted three tapes but only two were able to be converted which was a shame but not their fault. Lovely to see the memories again and would definitely use again. Not cheap though, but I guess you get what you pay for.”
