“I have used Digital Converters before and they are very good. I like the regular updates on when your media has been received and when it is posted back. I was very pleased with the quality of an old video from 1995 when it was converted to a media file on a USB stick.”

“I highly recommend Digital Converters. I'm so pleased with my old skydiving video from the 90s that they converted to memory stick for me. “Sent 10 VHS tapes for transfer to digital. Done perfectly and quickly. A nice feature is the tracking on the website and the fact that they acknowledge receipt with an email. Highly recommend.”

“I sent off a video to be converted into a DVD, when I received the DVD there was a slight problem with it playing so I emailed them and they were brilliant with the response time and sent me the file straight away. Now it plays perfect and I can't believe how good it is to say the video is over 30 years old. Highly recommended this company, made a lovely birthday surprise for my mum!”

“Really good communication and job well done. Would have got a 5th star if more robust packaging used when returning slides and digital media to me - only good luck that everything was still in the box when it arrived as package had come apart by the time it was delivered.”

“I sent two VHS cassettes to Digital Converters and within 10 days I had back 2 DVDs and a stick with the converted files on. How wonderful to view the files - all the memories came back. Now we can share them with the whole family. So enjoyable. I can recommend this service to anyone. Fantastic.”

“Easy to use and understand website, had my order placed in a few minutes without hassle. They kept me informed of their receipt of my videos, how the process was going and when they were being sent back out. Arrived safe and well packaged, and delivery was prompt as well.
