“Excellent service and DVDs turned out very well (converted from videos). Only gave 4 stars as 2 of the DVD cases were cracked. However very pleased overall”

“We wanted to convert some old Hi8 tapes to digital files and found this service very easy to use and we are very happy with the results. The only negative was the way the tapes were sent back to us - it was as if they were thrown into the box with very minimal protection against damage. The USB stick was lying out of its plastic wrap. Thankfully nothing was broken! However despite this, we were very happy with what we received.”

“A really good conversion of an old Mini DV tape and good to have digitally and on dvd. The only reason they don’t get 5* is it took a long time (though covid may be to blame) to come back and it’s a tad on the expensive side. But otherwise great service. Thanks again!”

“Paid £10 for pick up of tapes..ordered onto memory stick plus dvds, came back in roughly 4 weeks, good service and kept in communication, haven't had time to view yet but otherwise a good job. Oh sorry there's one thing I wasn't happy with,, the delivery to me was left outside, surely something like this should be signed for so 4 stars for that reason.”

“Very easy experience. vHS film sent was of great sentimental value so had concerns about sending it. Digital Converters were great, they advised me when film arrived and the turn round time, less than a week, was fantastic. No hesitation in highly recommending this company. David J Budd”

“I received my super 8 Cine film back on a dvd and usb and pleased with the result but have to say it took 3 weeks! I have 6 more 3 inch reels for conversion but I thought the quote of £90 rather expensive..”

“They were very good at converting my video tapes. They responded quickly to chat messages, the system for sending and returning the product worked. The wait wasn’t undue, and the copy was fine. However I have some slides I want to convert and I’m still waiting for a reply to my chat message asking how to pack them up! Even if the answer is ‘any way you like’ why not reply?”
