“My boy absolutely loved his trial and we signed him up straight away. We can’t wait to watch him grow with confidence, development throughout the weekly sessions and kick a ball in his new cute Diddikicks football kit. Thankyou, so worth the waiting on the waiting list!”

“Had a positive experience so far my little boy has enjoyed his first two sessions, had a little error with receiving the starter pack due to the courier but this was all resolved quick and easy as possible by the team who work at diddikicks they sent me a new starter pack out with a free gift.”

“Booking the free trial was very easy to do and it was good to have information about booking on if we wanted too. We had a really warm welcome at our trial, the guys who run it (Hope Farm, Ellesmere Port) are lovely and we had such a good time. They interacted with our son lots which was lovely to see. At the end of the trial they chatted to us and gave us information on how to book if we chose to continue. They weren’t pushy at all which was nice, but we knew from the moment we left we wanted to book! The email came through quickly and we were able to place our order and set up the direct debit easily. Our kit didn’t arrive within the time stated but I contact by email and your team got back to me straight away. Apologised, sent a free hat with the order and it was with us the next morning! Excellent customer service, we have been so impressed with the staff both at group and through email. Can see us staying with Diddikicks for a while! Thank you!”

We have actually now changed our courier as we had far too many disappointed Diddikickers that week- not the experience we pride ourselves on.
