Hi Christopher, Thanks for your review and glad to hear your little one is enjoying being part of TeamDiddi! I would just like to pick up on the negative you have mentioned and I assume the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. The £24.99 joining fee is not just for the kit, you also get a water bottle, football, backpack, sticker chart and it all delivered to your home address. To buy all of these items seperately on our shop would cost over £40 so the price is really a bargain on sign up! Not only is it a bargain but that fee also reserves your space in the class to start attending every week. This is due to large waiting lists for most of our classes. I can see you waited a couple of months after registering for a place so will appreciate this. With regards to the quality of the kit we take a lot of pride in the quality and care that goes into making our bespoke kits and if there is ever a problem we do our best to fix this straight away. If you haven't already been in touch about your kit please email dispatch@diddikicks.co.uk with the issues you feel effect the quality of your child's kit and they will discuss further with you. Hi Stephen, Sorry to hear you aren't completely happy with the class after being so happy after your free trial and signing up. We would like to know what has changed since then, if you wish to discuss further please email warrington@diddikicks.co.uk who will be more than happy to help.
