“Bought a BD Climbing Helmet (Capitan MIPS), spoke to a chap on the phone first and he was very helpful about sizing, weight and general use of this new design of helmet, we even talked about the possibility of a return if I got the wrong size/fit, must admit he helped me go ahead and make the purchase. The DC website is also easy to navigate and use, the images are great, very home-grown and not copies from the manufacturers site (you can look there too of course). Once ordered I was surprised and pleased how quickly the item arrived, at least 2 days before I was anticipating it, even with pretty basic postage paid, well packaged too. This is my first purchase from DC, all in all very pleased with the customer service and experience, reckon I will be coming back :-)”
