“Generally I have no issues but on my last quotation request, this was not provided. I was sent an e-mail saying that the quote had already been sent to another colleague from our national projects office and I should be requesting the quote from him. I would have expected you could have just e-mailed a copy of the quote to me as per my request. This particular project had various other items from different manufacturers and I still received their quotes (even though they had already been sent to our project office).”
