“The holidays advertised were good value and appropriate for us. Booking was simple and efficient and a quick phone call the next day to make a small alteration was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by a member of staff. Not been on the holiday yet but so far all is good.”

“We had to change our holiday due to Covid restrictions we had already had a wonderful experience re booking the holiday but had to wait to re book flights due to different flight times being released we ended up changing the holiday dates again I spoke to a lovely lady called Samantha who was extremely helpful and very informative the service on both occasions has been flawless would highly recommend.”

“Very disappointed using Destination2 so far. I spent ages looking at the website and pleased when I booked my holiday. Only to be disappointed the next day when I was called saying I needed to pay an extra £390 otherwise my holiday would be cancelled. A problem with the system supposedly!”

Hello Mr Mason, we are sorry about the disappointment. You made the reservation online and have perhaps overlooked our terms and conditions and how online bookings complete. The website is not live so the price is not guaranteed but when confirming it verbally with you at any higher cost, you have the option not to proceed. Unfortunately flight costs can change rapidly and since we have no control over the airlines, we can only pass these on.

“After booking a holiday last week cannot understand why an extra £100 has been put on the final bill, have telephoned twice now and the agent has not responded on both occasions. Would be good to get an answer as so I have peace of mind.”

“Strongly recommend using Destination2 to book your holiday! Destination2 has competitive prices for luxury holidays with a user friendly website, showing clear information on flights and hotels. They also have a huge choice of stunning hotels and good flight times. Our travel specialist Gemma was extremely kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about Barbados where we want to visit. In relation to hotels, Gemma had previously visited our top choices and was therefore best placed to help us decide where we should stay (being able to list the pros and cons of each - although there weren’t many cons!) Gemma answered all of our questions well and took us through a quick booking process with ease. We would definitely recommend booking through Destination2 and thank you Gemma for finding us our perfect holiday! We will return again in the future to book with you.”
