Been thinking hard about this one, I booked quite an expensive holiday with this agent and I was dealing with a member of staff (who I won't name) who absolutely refused to return my calls, or reply to my several Emails, one begging her to reply as I was starting to get worried. Checked online and read some reviews which made me concerned. I then thought I best call again and got through to a lady called Tracey who was amazing and sorted out my concerns over the phone, she was cheerful, joking away with me and her Customer Service was amazing. All concerns gone. This agent, truly has some FANTASTIC deals (I don't know how they did it to be honest compared to others) and all perfectly legit. Its just a shame the previous lady, ignored me completely otherwise I would give them 5 stars. If Tracey could show the other lady how it's done, this companies service and offers will be amazing. If you get Stuck, speak to Tracey who is just great (sorry to give you more work Tracey)

Many thanks Kelly A real star who put my mind a rest after reading the reviews which on the face of it are not that great. My Wife wanted to get a late break somewhere warm and saw a deal to the Maldives that looked to good to be true. I wanted to ask some questions so thought best to phone and spoke to to someone to start with and got cut off, I thought I would give them another go and thank Goodness I did and spoke to Kelly. She went through the whole process. I said I needed to speak to my wife about Flights Kelly said no problem and offered to call me back. Sure enough Kelly called and made the whole process painless and smooth. Old Fashioned customer service WELL DONE. Note to the Management get more staff to answer phones and Get more like Kelly she is a real asset to your business. If it was not for Kelly you would not have my Money. The proof in the pudding is in the eating but so far so good. DO not book on the Internet, call and wait to be answered it will take 10 or so Minutes but if you speak to Kelly well worth the wait Once again thank you Kelly, I also work in a Customer focused business so Know good service when I get it.

Been trying to cancel a reservation that was advertised as cancellable, but so far Destination2 are being very slow to respond and claiming I will lose a deposit which was not flagged at the time of booking.

Hello Mr Massey, we are sorry that you belive our responses have been slow. Your emails to our customer service department receive auto reply informing you of their response times to manage your expectation. We have replied to each within that timeframe. We do however apologise for the oversight about the deposit loss which has been rectified.

The sales person was very good though I do have a query on my bookings. The Atol certifiate and the confirmation invoice says we have both speedboat & Sea plane transfer though we have paid for the Sea plane transfer. I did email and still waiting for comfirmation.

Used this company previously and everything went smoothly and as planned so Destination2 was my first port of call for another long haul holiday to the Maldives. Their website is easy to use, their prices are very competitive with a good choice of accommodation and many options to customise the flights.

Quick booking and easy website. I contacted a pleasant sales co-ordinator at your company to find out if the hotel could provide gluten free food for me for our 3 weeks stay and she was going to ring me back once she knew, but she didn't, so I contacted the hotel direct and they replied to me.

Richard if you have used the customer service email account, you will have received an auto reply to manage your expectation about timescales for responding. Kindly allow them opportunity to address your enquiry and give you the full details you need. This is the correct process for such enquiry once you have made your booking online. Thank you
