“Initial booking was trouble free but since then I have not received an answer to my queries. Very frustrating as all has been paid in full”

Nicola you do not appear to have emailed the correct department for your enquiry to be dealt with. We have traced it to a no reply account which has auto reply advising this. Please check your junk mail for that. However, we have forwarded your email to the correct customer service team for attention in due course.

“The service we received from Llewys Benbow was brilliant. He was able to answer all our questions and gave some great advice based on what he knew about us from our conversations. He was willing to look at lots of different options for us and I never felt like I was asking too much! He wasn’t pushy, just very helpful.”

“I think your booking website is really good. My only reason of rating 2 star is how the company behaves during covid period. When covid lockdown started in 2020, my flights were cancelled but you still pushed me to complete the full purchase of the hotel booking even though We were all on lockdown in 2020 and no flights were operating. You then decided to keep my deposit without offering any vouchers to use in future.”

Thank you for your comments Mr Hassan. We are pleased you like our website. Since your booking was hotel only it was subject to different conditions which do not entitle refund. You ultimately did not pay your balance and chose a different path to pursue a cash refund which superseded any offer.

“The lady that dealt with our booking (Tracy Jagger) was so easy to communicate with and explained everything. We normally book with a high street travel agent and we have never used Destination2 before so my wife was quite nervous about this and insisted that I phone up and book in person rather than online. Within seconds Tracy had put us at ease and chatted like we had known each other for years. Excellent people person and very customer focussed”

“What great customer service from Llewys at Destination2. I had felt a bit unsure about booking a holiday after so long and wasn't comfortable just doing it on the website but speaking to Llewys I immediately felt that we were in safe, professional, knowledgeable hands. He talked me through everything and went above and beyond when talking through all the things that need to be considered. Whilst it's a few months off I'm already looking forward to our holiday in the Caribbean and I think the team at Destination2 do a cracking job.”

“I have been using them for many years and generally they are excellent. There is one area which always arises and is disappointing and worrying. each time a quote is given when it comes to confirming the booking the price rises, this occasion it was by £300 and I think this is unacceptable.”
