Georgina the paperwork was emailed to the address you provided when booking, it was sent first on Tue 23/11/2021 15:16 and again Mon 29/11/2021 14:45 after additional funds were allocated. Kindly check your junk or spam mail for this. This confirmed your deposit and arrangements. If you cannot locate the emails, please contact our customer service again and they can attach the confirmation when replying to you. Once you have checked and can locate the paperwork we hope you will revise your review. Thank you

“I have booked hotel accommodation through Destination2 for February 2022. I need to wait to see that everything goes smoothly, before writing a truthful review. The actual booking process and paying were easy, as you would expect.”

“We booked holiday to Mauritius with Destination2 , one of our flights was cancelled and we are really thankful for Samantha who helped us to change flight to different airlines, you have to be patient but in the end everything is sorted. Can’t wait to go on holiday.”

“Very disappointed as we were forced to take a voucher in January 2021 when our trip to the Maldives/wedding was postponed due to Covid and it was not explained that there would be restrictions on the voucher regarding provider and airline. We have now rebooked for next year and it has cost an extra £1000 above the price it would've been if we were paying cash as opposed to using a voucher.”

Karl we are sorry if the airline policy was not fully explained about them only offering credit for you to rebook but it has enabled you to have a replacement holiday rather than lose that monetary element of your original booking. It is regrettably an additional repercussion of the pandemic that holiday prices worldwide are much higher due to supply and demand over which we have no control.

“I had to phone customer service because I had a question about my holiday, the gentleman I spoke was no help at all he just kept repeating himself and told me to go and read the website as I told him I had and still needed help not Happy at all.”
