“Deals are great and can get low deposit. But please read the deal carefully. I paid the deposit and thought I could pay in installments until 2 month before we leave In September. Well I just got an email stating I had to pat the thousands in full one payment in July. Low de6posit Doesn't help if you can pay the rest in four or five manageable payments.”

Hello Mr Matthew Laine, thank you for your review. We regret that you overlooked or misunderstood that when paying a deposit rather than the full holiday amount, there are different options for the remaining balance. You were informed that yours was final balance at 11 weeks before travel and we appear to have not been asked whether you may be able to stage your later payments. We can appreciate that it can be exciting booking a holiday and many questions to be asked which can result in aspects being missed or assumption made, but do not find that we provided incorrect information at the time of booking. You can contact us via normal channels to enquire whether there is option available to alter this but since the payment dates are subject to suppliers terms, we cannot guarantee this.
