At first the process was challenging to gain clarity on the position in Mauritius in terms of COVID, hotel openings and price compared to the website. After some to and throw I found Sean really helpful and understanding. Given the circumstances 4 out of 5 is fair as could not have been more clear and helpful when finally making and completing the booking. The proof will now be with the holiday and hotel itself whether it meets the photos and information available through Destination2.

Booked a holiday today with Chris he was so helpful gave us all the information we needed, very prompt on calling me back, made me feel really confident with the booking. Ive always used Tui before but plucked up the courage to try Destination 2 so glad I did. Thank you Chris 😊👍

Paid for a garden veiw room Which was more expensive than a normal room Only to be told at the hotel That all rooms are the same

Hello Sueellen, the hotel own website describes several garden view rooms one of which was booked for you. There are of course other room type, such as skyline, and various suites, all of which will have differing room rates through the supplier we used. We would suggest you approach us via normal channels if you had any issue in not receiving the room type you paid for.

I have just come back from holiday booked for the first time with destination2, an amazing experience, very good value for money, booked my hotel& flight online and received my all confirmation documents within 72hrs, very helpful and responsive customer service, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

After much deliberation on Hotel choice i booked and paid for my chosen holiday. 2 days after booking i receive call saying the hotel is no longer available, even though booked,paid for and confirmed i had to choose another hotel which i did and paid more money for it than original booking for a hotel that had i booked originally would have been considerably cheaper than the one booked...sorry thought had booked. You cant get through to customer service and they say takes 5 working days to answer an e mail...really?, no doubt hiding behind Covid as the reason. It appears common practice to accept booking, have you pay for it then change it 2 days later. I wanted the hotel originally booked not a second choice that costs more!!

I have a holiday booked in October and I am thrilled to be there! Only a delay in receiving all the documents but was sorted after an email was sent to ask for them .

This company is fantastic especially Angel. He really went the extra mile for us and helped us to find the right holiday for us. He was knowledgeable and respectful of budget and yet was able to offer holidays that I had not looked at on the internet with any other tour operator. I'd recommend you give these people a try. They go above and beyond to help you.

Tried to book online. Got different quotes at different times of the day which were around £1000 different in price for exactly the same holiday. Have you and rang Shauna the agent who was great, she amended our dates slightly to reduce the price. However, the same evening, I decided to do online quotes again and the price had gone back down which means we are now overpaying for the same holiday. Baffling!
