“The website was very easy to navigate and provided much better information than was available on other sites. Prices were also better than I was able to find elsewhere. I was unable to complete the booking online but was contacted the next day to finalise things. Communication has been good and service great.”

“The information about canceling the booking is misleading and confusing (in case if you are lucky to find it on company's website). I wouldn't use the company again and won't recommend it to anyone!”

Andrew, we regret you found it necessary to place this review as you ticked to say you had read the terms and conditions which clearly show the cancellation policy before you proceeded to book. Had you been unable to find reference to this particular aspect and it was important to you, we would suggest that, whether with ourselves or any other agent, you seek further clarity before entering into the contract which has charges associated from the time of booking. We are sorry if you need to cancel but understand that our advisor has provided information about this and direction to the terms for your awareness.

“Got a good price for holiday but advertised that you get lounge access with a 2 bedroom suite to then be told this is not the case. Still advertising this on online booking”

“Destination2 appear to have a wide range of destinations available at reasonably discounted prices there is something there for everyone. However I would advise to read all the small print before entering into any agreements and or paying out any deposits until tou are absolutely satisfied you understand all terms and conditions.”
