After not getting any response on emails I requested to amend my holiday I got an email to call customer service. I wasn’t on hold long but the lady who answered was extremely helpful with my booking and amended everything for us which was amazing a relief off my shoulders really happy I didn’t grab her name unfortunately but she was brilliant really happy!!

During the pandemic it was very frustrating that we couldn’t contact you and your lines were down but understandable. Got issued a credit not after cancelling Dubai holiday twice. Finally we have gone ahead and booked for next year. Kirsty was very helpful but a shame that what was quoted online was cheaper than Kirsty could give us. This is because the holiday has to be booked with the same provider as the original holiday and the credit note goes against the holiday that was booked 2 years ago and that meant extra money needed to be spent than stated on the website. Very misleading and frustrating because it’s not explained to you when you get the CN plus it’s more expense. But it’s done now and hopefully get away this time.

Booked a holiday, order confirmation contained the following two issues: 1) wrong type of room (booked and paid for a more expensive room). 2) incorrect price (which has been taken from my credit card!). Context: An agent called me regarding changing flight carrier, which worked out cheaper. I accepted this however the reduction was not reflected on the order confirmation nor has a refund been processed on my credit card. Called and emailed to raise this, am yet to receive a reply (aside from a generic acknowledgement).

Daniel we are sorry for any initial errors on the booking. As advised we are looking into this and will get back to you. We would appreciate understanding that this is in hand although maybe not to the timescales you expect , however we do need opportunity to address it.

I am pleased to be using Destination2 for my holiday next year/ Nadine was excellent with her knowledge and advice as to the most economical way of procuring the holiday. I would personally like to congratulate Nadine for all of her assistance in booking the holiday to the Maldives next year.

Well the booking process was easy enough, and the speed of production of an acknowlegement reiterating what we had booked was impressive stating that we had paid the deposit and that the balance was due in December. That was the Tuesday . On the thursday we received an email that we could not open & download as we were away for the next 3 days. On Sunday AM we came home to a very strongly worded email stating that the balance of our holiday was overdue and that all sort of charges might be incurred if we did not pay up immediately (and some of the details of flights etc were wrong) . A phone call to the customer service line was answered by an automated message and 2 Emails since to customer services asking them to speak to me to explain what was going on have not even been acknowledged. Sorry - we are not impressed - and this was our first booking with the company - unless this is sorted soon it might be our last

We waited 2 weeks for a response to extend our holiday by a further week and despite receiving an acknowledgement never received an answer
