“I would like to say so far the customer service has been excellent, A special mention for Gemma Bennet who has booked our holiday to the Maldives, we go in November. She has been so helpful and patient with all of our changes of options and destinations which I'm sure must have been very frustrating for her at times, but she never showed it. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, so after a gap from our initial enquiry, I requested to continue with Gemma to keep the continuity of communications going. Thank you so much, Gemma B”

“I was a bit dubious to use your services with it being an online site I had not heard of, however, after speaking to Kelly Bateman over the phone she really put me at ease. She was absolutely lovely and went through all the ins and outs of the holiday I wanted to book (I had been having issues with payment on the website). The only downside I would say is that when you do go through the booking process online it doesn't show you any luggage allowance or anything, but Kelly was able to tell me this over the phone.”

“Destination2 were very professional throughout the arranging and booking of our holiday , we did encounter a serious problem with one of the hotels we stayed at but this was out of the control of Destination2 and not their fault, would highly recommend Destination2 and in fact I’m just booking our next holiday with them.”

“After booking a flight and hotel to Crete, after paying we realised the hotel we had chosen was about five hours from our chosen airport, Chania. On calling Destination2, Finn in customer services understood our predicament and changed our hotel to one much closer to the airport. No fuss, just very good customer service delivered with a smile. Thank you.”
