“Shauna was very efficient and knew exactly what I was looking for. I had contacted destination 2 a few times over the weekend and no-one phoned me back. I was annoyed and disappointed as I had already spoken with Finn a couple of times.”

“I made a mistake on my booking and phone the next day and the lady on the phone sorted it all out for me,yes there was a small administration fee of £45 but it was my fault and it was a £4000 holiday. 10 out of 10 for service”

“Phoned after 19:00 on a Monday, to have a chat as the room I required was only "available on request". Didn't want to book it online, just in case there were any issues. So rang Destination2 and got through to Shona. She checked the system and I was told that the room I required was still available but would need to confirm. A deposit was paid for the trip and by 10:00 the following morning phone call was received from Shona confirming the booking. THANKS and great communication.”

“After having made an error online by booking a hotel that was approximately 5 hours from the airport, I called customer service to change our hotel. My call was handled by Finn, who did an excellent job job rearranging things for us, giving us a very satisfactory outcome.
