“Matt was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything thoroughly. He checked he had taken the correct email by sending through information prior to confirming the booking and he sent a second email to check our names were spelt correctly. Quite a novelty to book a holiday over the phone with a real person, I will use the service again.”

“We used Sohit to help us book our Maldives holiday in November this year. He was absolutely excellent- superb customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and courteous. It was a complicated booking because we’re travelling with friends and all wanted different things from accommodation to flight grades. He really went above and beyond to provide us with all the information and sort it all out for us. More like a personal travel planner. Definitely a credit to Destination 2 and I would absolutely use his services again. Thank you so much Sohit, from all of us.”

“Shauna was an absolute star who took the time to speak with us, resolve our issues and put our minds at rest. She put us first. Thank you. The customer services team (option 1 on the phone) on the other hand was very poor in communication and resolving issues. Thank goodness you have someone like Shauna on the team in Sales.”
