“Spoke with Shauna who handled by enquiry. She immediately undertook some research on the hotel I wished to stay at before calling me back to finalise the booking. Went through all the details carefully to ensure accuracy of name spellings and flight times. Paperwork arrived by email shortly afterwards.”
