“Used Destination 2 for the first time and the service from Stephen was far better than 5 stars. Due to all the issues with Thailand Stephen managed to find, arrange and rearrange our booking to fit all of our exacting requirements, to make what we hope will a fantastic holiday. I cannot thank him enough for all the time he put in to meet our exacting requirements. Definitely a member of staff who goes the extra mile.”

Dear Mr Seekings, you made your hotel only booking online and are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier which you agreed to when doing so. We are sorry if you did not appreciate this. Unfortunately, it is not a case of our not caring, but we act as your booking agent only in such situations and have to also abide by the terms and the contract you entered into.
