“Very happy with the great service I received. I don't always feel comfortable booking things online and it was great to be able to speak to Tracy who was able to answer all my questions and get the booking confirmed. Would recommend and will definitely use them again.”

“Booked holiday to Las Vegas , Paid Deposit of £198 with balance due in April 2023 . Emailed and phone call requesting £1400 for the flights the following day and then cancelled the holiday as this is not what i had agreed to. Refused deposit refund after 24 hours of paying it. Would never use them again.”

Mr Mullady we are sorry that the airline you chose when booking online on our website has brought forward their ticket deadline which means that an additional amount needs collecting if you wish the ticket issued at the price quoted. It is your prerogative not to pay that but by doing so you accept that the next fare class may be higher. This is all covered in our booking terms and conditions that you accepted fully when making your booking online on our website and they form part of the contract between us. This does not entitle free cancelation if you decide to wait. The airline has probably taken this action due to seat demand and they want early committment from passengers for operational reasons over which we have no control. You are unfortunately subject to these terms as are we and we regret your misunderstanding about the conditions of the arrangements you clearly accepted.

“I was served today by Sherwood Titus and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He guided me effortlessly through the process of booking our trip to Dubai. When we got cut off, he rang me back straight away and also followed up after I’d booked to make sure that I’d received all our documentation and that everything was in order. Sherwood provided an amazing level of customer care, it was a pleasure to deal with him. This is my first time booking with Destination2 and I’ve been completely blown away with both the service and the price. I will certainly use Destination2 again in the future. Excellent all round”

“Victoria followed up a lan enquiry with a call and email which i returned. She was helpful polite and responsive. Accommodating when advised had another quote and got my business by matching it and ensuring we would have contact and someone to speak if any problems. Made me feel confident in the company and the terms as they were read out and ensuring all details were correct so thorough in her role. Advised had followed up speaking to hotel about a 50th birthday and that the bed is requested as a King size so hope this happens.”
