“Excellent to deal with, very quick and easy, sorted my issue straight away and managed to get booked for exactly what I needed. Fin (I'm not sure how she spells it, but she'll know it was her!) was fab, helpful and knowledgeable about the accommodation and the area, good to have her experience at hand. Thank you- if I have anything else I need, you're my first port of call!”

“Second to none customer service Nikita was the customer service advisor and she was extremely pleasant and helpfull throughout, nothing was too much trouble. She answered-copious amounts of questions, all extremely promptly and on a very professional manner. She also did her utmost to get me the best deal available. The only negative I can comment on was the lack of response from the product team when Nikita contacted them to ask if they could match or beat a quote I’d obtained elsewhere. That is why I’ve marked my overall experience as a 9. That being said Nikita was excellent and I cannot fault anything she did. So far my experience with Destination 2 has been great.”
