“My wallpaper samples arrived quickly and well packaged! However the samples I ordered were busy papers and not all of the colours were on the sample I received. For example the pink flowers that are in the paper were not in my sample! This hindered my decision making. I hope this helps 🙌 Ava”

“Good quality papers. I would like to have had the whole of one lizard so I could gage size of how big it would be on the wall and how close the next ones are. sample was sent very quickly.”

“I’ve ordered from here many times and they always have a lot of wallpapers to choose from and the discount is great, I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately it was t delivered next day and I eventually got it 3 days later so had to put my decorator off”

“I ordered some sample wallpapers which came quickly. They were clearly of a good quality but the samples I ordered were not right for the room I am decorating, so unfortunately I did not order full rolls (this doesn't mean I wouldn't order a different style in the future).”

“The wallpaper was beautiful with fast delivery, having bought a number of rolls from you we found we needed an extra roll to finish the job and was disappointed that we were charged an extra 20 pounds for that roll as a customer I was very disappointed you would not honour the original price even though we ordered a couple of days after the original purchase for that reason I probably wouldn't order from you again.i wouldn't recommend you as a company because many people need to order an extra roll when doing a decorating job and to find the price has jumped up for that roll by 20 pounds is very disappointing to say the least especially as it was purchased just a couple of days prior at a cheaper price for that reason I wouldn't recommend you.”

Dear Sandra, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you were able to give us four starts, but at the same time, I am sorry you were disappointed. During the January sale, many of the brands we work with give us special discounts to pass on to our customers, and I am glad you could take advantage of this on the original order. It’s unusual for a customer to come back for an additional roll, and although we send out single rolls, it’s not good for our business. It’s not good for customers because we can’t guarantee we can get the same batch number, and it’s not good for us because we provide free next-day delivery and we pay the manufacturer a high cost for delivery. We prefer customers to over-order as our unique selling point is that we offer 90-day returns on leftover rolls. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know. “There's a good range of wallpapers, in many different designs. The website is a little difficult to navigate. My samples arrived very promptly and mostly were of a decent size, although one was too small to see the true effect on the wall. Good service, would use again.”
